John has spent many years researching mind/body/spirit topics and recently received (highest honors) his degree to become a Naturopathic Doctor (ND). He graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M in Civil Engineering, where he also received his MBA. He worked in sales for IBM for 20 years, where the stress of “Corporate America” forced him to examine his own health. John grew up in Houston, Tx and now lives in Plano with his wife and their 6 1/2 year old twins. He is passionate about educating people on taking responsibility for their health.
